With just over seven weeks to curtain up and heading for a total sell-out Bridgwater Operatic Society has acted to head off possible disappointment by adding reduced price side view seating for its’ production of “Sister Act” at The McMillan Theatre from 30th April to the 4th May.

With sales at an all time high, without adding further seating many theatre goers would have been disappointed.

‘This has to be one of the hottest tickets in town!’

Based on the film starring Whoopi Goldberg and Maggie Smith, “Sister Act” is the zany, joyful musical comedy in which two very different worlds collide!

When nightclub diva Deloris Van Cartier witnesses a crime, the cops hide her in the last place anyone would think to look – a convent! Renamed ‘Sister Mary Clarence’, Deloris faces the fearsome Mother Superior – and the excruciating nuns’ choir. But she inspires her fellow sisters to find their voices – with a lot of sparkle and pizazz!

With fantastic original songs by Alan Menken (Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, Enchanted) Sister Act is reason to Rejoice!
